Last week, the Parliamentary committee on Government Assurance was in Kabwe assessing the operations of Lukanga Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited. Habitat for Humanity Zambia through the invitation from Lukanga Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited was present during the assessment and had an opportunity to share information on the Community Driven Models for WASH Improvement Project being implemented in Makululu in partnership with Lukanga Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited.
The Parliamentarians expressed gratitude to Habitat for Humanity Zambia for supplementing government efforts by partnering with Lukanga Water and Sewerage Company in the provision of safe water, good hygiene and sanitation to communities in Makululu settlement of Kabwe District.
