Last week, we had the privilege of having our Human Resource, Learning & Organization Development Manager, Ms. Nchimunya Hanjalika, introduce the newly appointed Board Chairperson, Mr. Mulenga Muleba, and Board Vice Chairperson, Dr. Natasha Phiri-Munalula, to the organization’s Patron, His Royal Highness Chief Dr. Mumena, at his palace in Solwezi.
His Royal Highness expressed happiness in having the trio pay a courtesy call on him. He urged Mr. Muleba and Dr. Munalula to continue fostering strong partnerships and upholding the organization’s values. Chief Dr. Mumena also highlighted the importance of their roles in driving forward the organization’s mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. He reaffirmed his support and commitment to working together for the betterment of vulnerable communities.
The meeting was a significant opportunity for the new leaders to connect with the organization’s Patron and discuss the strategic direction and future initiatives aimed at addressing housing needs in Zambia. The Patron’s encouragement and guidance were greatly appreciated and will undoubtedly inspire the leadership team in their endeavors.
